Shipping Locations
All items will be posted from Melbourne, Australia. At this time, we ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping.
Processing times
Please allow 5 business days for your order to the processed. Once your order has been processed we will let you know it's on its way! You will receive an Australia Post tracking number so you can track your package.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates will depend on the options selected at checkout.
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.95 Australia wide.
Express shipping is $15 AUD.
Please note that express shipping refers to the shipping method only and does not guarantee express or priority processing. Express Shipping orders will still be processed within the standard processing timeframe.
Shipping times and delivery
All orders will be sent via Australia Post. Once dispatched, Australia Post will send your tracking number directly to the email address provided at checkout. Standard and Express shipping times within Australia vary depending on your location. Updated shipping times can be viewed on the Australian Post website. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather events or other factors outside of our control.

Purchases of pre sales and back orders will be processed according to the times specified on the product page. Please check our FAQs for updated information.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee outcomes for shipping issues beyond our control.
